Description of Services

Summit Audience Segments, LLC provides the following services to advertising clients and business partners: Targeted Audience Segmentation, Targeted Display Advertising (across the PinPoint Network), Lead Generation, Custom Content Centers, and Custom Opportunities. These services are provided to clients under separate commercial agreements.

Use of Our Websites

3.1 PinPoint Network — Summit Audience Segments, LLC owns and operates 95+ consumer-facing websites across consumer verticals (the "PinPoint Network"). These sites are supported by advertising and provide free informational content to consumers.

3.2 Permitted Use — You may use PinPoint Network sites for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes (consumers) or for authorized business purposes (clients under commercial agreements). The following are prohibited: unlawful use, unauthorized access or system interference, scraping or crawling without written consent, reproduction of content without written consent, and misrepresentation of identity or affiliation.
